Registrations for the traditional Andrea Margutti Trophy opened. The 37th edition is included in the FIA Karting international calendar and is scheduled to take place at the South Garda Karting circuit in Lonato from March 12th to 15th, organized as usual by Parma Motorsport.
An International Karting “Classic”
In its long history, the Andrea Margutti Trophy remains one of the most important and well-attended events in international karting. Since its introduction in 1990, it has consistently offered a high-level sporting competition featuring teams and drivers from all over the world.
The Trophy’s Hall of Fame is among the most prestigious on the international scene and is filled with great champions. It was inaugurated in 1990 with a victory by Giancarlo Fisichella to honor the memory of his friend and then-rising star, Andrea Margutti, who tragically passed away at just 14 years old. Andrea’s friends and colleagues established the event, in agreement with the Margutti and Pellegrini families. After the first two editions held at the Pista d’Oro in Rome, the organization moved to Parma and eventually, in 2012, to the South Garda Karting circuit in Lonato.
Over the years, the event has evolved while maintaining the prestige of a world-renowned “classic.” Today, the Margutti Trophy preserves its timeless charm, confirming its status as one of the most important season-opening events on the international calendar.

The 37th edition of the Andrea Margutti Trophy includes the following categories and entry caps: MINI Under 10 (max 54 drivers), MINI Gr.3 (max 54 drivers), OKJ (max 36 drivers), KZ2 (max 54 drivers), OK-NJ (max 54 drivers), OK-N (max 72 drivers).

Friday, March 13th: Official Free Practice, Qualifying Practice and Heats.
Saturday, March 14th: Qualifying Heats.
